Refund policy

At ZovaTech, we’re committed to making your shopping experience simple and stress-free. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returning an Item

To arrange a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions to guide you through the process. In most cases, we’ll also supply a prepaid return label to make things easy.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and checked:

  • Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–5 working days
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to adjustments

If original packaging is not available or Damaged, a handling fee may apply.

Delivery & Returns

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, refusal, or non-collection, additional charges may apply.

For convenience, we offer prepaid return options in most cases. Where applicable, return handling costs be reflected in your final refund amount.
